Salah Mubarak has embarked on an exciting new chapter in his career with his promotion to Head of Human Resources at Emaar, further strengthening the organization’s people strategy and culture of excellence.
An accomplished leader in Customer Excellence, Quality Management, and Human Resources, Salah brings a proven track record of driving service quality, operational efficiency, and seamless customer journeys across complex, large-scale organizations. Prior to this role, he served as Head of Customer Excellence at Emaar, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline service delivery, and embed performance governance across multiple functions, including service excellence, contact centers, quality control, and experience design.
Earlier in his career, Salah built a strong foundation in quality engineering and operational excellence, holding roles such as Quality Control Lead and Mechanical Quality Engineer, where he ensured compliance, safety, and performance standards across high-impact infrastructure and industrial environments. His unique blend of technical expertise and people leadership enables him to translate strategic vision into measurable business outcomes.
Salah is currently pursuing a PhD in Quality Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and holds a Master’s degree in Quality and Business Excellence from the Abu Dhabi School of Management, reflecting his deep commitment to continuous improvement, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
