Nicole Aoun has embarked on a new chapter as Senior Marketing Manager, Brand CEMEA at Visa, where she is supporting the regional brand team across Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa during a key leadership transition.

With over 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand building, and partnerships, Nicole brings a strong track record of driving growth across global and regional brands. Most recently, she spent nearly seven years at Spotify, where she served as Marketing & Partnerships Manager, MENA and Business Marketing Manager, MEA. During her tenure, she led Spotify’s consumer marketing strategy in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, positioned the platform as “the new way to listen,” and successfully launched Spotify for Advertisers across MEA, enabling large-scale advertiser adoption through strong go-to-market strategies.

Previously, Nicole held senior marketing roles at National Geographic, leading marketing, communications, and branded partnerships across 13 brands in the MENA region, including the launch of the SVOD platform Fox+. Her earlier experience also includes marketing and agency roles at Mamas & Papas and FP7 McCann, where she worked with global brands such as Nestlé, L’Oréal Paris, and Maybelline NY.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the American University of Beirut and is currently enhancing her creative skillset through Interior Design studies at The Designers Studio Technical Skills Training LLC.
