Issa Saab has joined Mnzil | منزل as Chief Strategy Officer, stepping into a strategic leadership role to drive the company’s growth, innovation, and long-term vision across the UAE and beyond.

With over a decade of global consulting and transformation experience at McKinsey & Company, Issa has led complex programs spanning business transformation, strategy development, and operational excellence. His tenure included roles such as Associate Partner and Global Director of Transformation, where he guided multinational clients through large-scale projects across the UAE, UK, and Europe. Prior to consulting, Issa gained hands-on project management and engineering expertise with Technical Associates Group and Bechtel Corporation, overseeing high-value construction and delivery projects including major airport developments.

Issa holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Construction Engineering and Management and a Minor in Engineering/Industrial Management from the American University of Beirut. His combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership experience positions him to drive innovation, efficiency, and impactful growth at Mnzil.
