Ammar Alqawba Appointed as Senior Internal Auditor – Capital and Commercial Audit at Red Sea Global

Ammar Alqawba, CIA, has taken on a new role as Senior Internal Auditor for Capital and Commercial Audit at Red Sea Global, strengthening the organization’s internal audit function within large-scale capital projects and commercial operations.

With hands-on experience across capital projects auditing, governance, and risk-based assurance, Ammar brings strong analytical capability supported by tools such as TeamMate and Microsoft Power BI. Prior to this role, he served at NEOM as an Internal Audit Specialist within Capital Projects Audit, where he contributed to complex audit engagements and value-driven assurance initiatives in one of the region’s most ambitious development programs.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Qassim University, where he ranked 2nd in his class, Ammar combines engineering insight with audit expertise, enabling a deep understanding of technical, operational, and financial risks across infrastructure and capital-intensive environments.

His progression reflects a strong commitment to audit excellence, governance, and delivering meaningful impact across transformational projects.
