Ammar Alrashed has embarked on an exciting new chapter as Director of IT Operations and Infrastructure at D360 Bank, where he will oversee technology infrastructure, streamline IT operations, and implement strategic initiatives to support the bank’s digital transformation journey.

With extensive experience in software engineering and cloud technologies, Ammar has previously held leadership and engineering roles at CloudKitchens, Roche, Bina Technologies Inc., and Informatica, where he led the development of high-impact software solutions, cloud genomic analysis products, and large-scale data pipelines. His expertise spans IT governance, cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, and agile team leadership, enabling him to deliver scalable, innovative, and high-quality technology solutions.

Ammar holds a Master’s in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals – KFUPM.
