Ghaleb Tukan غالب طوقان has stepped into the role of Senior Vice President and Risk Consulting Leader – KSA at Marsh IMEA.

With over 18 years of experience driving transformation and change across private and public sectors, he combines strategic vision with strong analytical and decision-making skills to deliver impactful programs and projects. In his previous roles as Regional Head of PMO and Project Director at Marsh Advisory, Ghaleb successfully led large-scale initiatives, building consensus among stakeholders and enhancing operational effectiveness. His prior experience with HSBC, Zad Capital, and the Government of Jordan further underscores his expertise in program management, risk oversight, and organizational leadership.

Ghaleb holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business, equipping him to lead strategic initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes.
