Ibrahim AlMansour Appointed as Director of Digital Solutions at Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia

Ibrahim AlMansour has taken on the role of Director of Digital Solutions at the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia, bringing extensive expertise in digital transformation and product management across the public sector.

AlMansour has been a key driver behind some of Saudi Arabia’s most impactful digital platforms, including Najiz, Qiwa, Taqadhi, and Taadeen, transforming how citizens access justice, labor services, and government processes. In his new role, he will focus on leveraging AI and innovative technologies to enhance service delivery, improve decision-making, and scale public sector innovation.

With a Master’s degree in IT Management from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd and executive education from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, AlMansour combines strategic vision with practical delivery, fostering cross-functional collaboration and creating digital solutions that truly serve people.
