Khalid Bin Awad Appointed as Teaching Assistant at KAUST Academy

Khalid Bin Awad has joined KAUST Academy as a Teaching Assistant, bringing a strong foundation in cybersecurity and a drive to stay at the forefront of technology advancements. His academic achievements at King Saud University, graduating with honors in Cybersecurity, reflect his commitment to excellence and innovation in the field.

Khalid has gained practical experience through his COOP traineeship at SDAIA | سدايا and his participation in KAUST’s highly selective Cybersecurity Summer Training, where he was recognized among the top 50 candidates from over 3,300 participants. His skill set spans digital forensics, malware analysis, and advanced network security techniques.

With certifications including eCTHP, eJPT, Security+, and Network+, and experience across KAUST Academy and NCA-SITE programs, Khalid is poised to contribute to cybersecurity education, research, and practical training initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
