Fatmah AlRashed has been appointed Head of Corporate Applications at RER | السجل العقاري, bringing extensive leadership experience across enterprise applications, CRM platforms, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the banking and regulatory sectors.

With a strong track record at STC Bank, Fatmah led customer experience and CRM functions as Senior Manager, IT CRM Manager, and IT CX Technical Team Lead, driving enterprise CRM strategy, operational excellence, and high-impact customer engagement platforms. Her earlier roles at Capital Market Authority, SAB, and Riyad Bank further strengthened her expertise in ERP, CRM, B2B platforms, RPA solutions, and mission-critical enterprise systems delivery.

She holds an MBA from Prince Sultan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from King Saud University, complemented by PMP certification, equipping her with a powerful blend of technical depth, business acumen, and strategic leadership.
