Shaden Alfraih Appointed as Development Director at King Salman Park Foundation

Shaden Alfraih, MBA, PMP® has stepped into a new leadership role as Development Director at King Salman Park Foundation, marking an important progression in her career within urban development and large-scale transformation projects.

With nearly a decade of experience in urban planning, municipal affairs, and design management, Shaden has built a strong track record across high-impact national initiatives. Prior to this appointment, she spent 6 years at Diriyah Gate Development Authority, advancing from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager in Urban Planning and Municipal Affairs, where she played a key role in regulatory alignment, planning frameworks, and stakeholder coordination.

Earlier in her career, she contributed to the Riyadh Metro Project with Hill International, Inc., focusing on design management, and began her professional journey as an Architect at Imar, Engineering Consultants. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to bridge planning, design, and project execution with strategic oversight.

Shaden holds an MBA in Finance from Prince Sultan University and a degree in Interior Design Engineering, equipping her with both technical depth and business acumen to lead complex development portfolios.
