Reem Nazer has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at Al Rajhi Capital, marking a significant milestone in her HR leadership journey.

With over 14 years of experience across leading financial and corporate institutions, Reem brings deep expertise in resourcing, talent acquisition strategy, and workforce planning. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Basamh Group and Talent Acquisition Manager at Emirates NBD, where she led high-impact hiring initiatives and strengthened talent pipelines.

Her career also includes senior recruitment and HR business partnering roles at SAB and The National Commercial Bank – AlahliNCB, where she spent nearly 8 years driving recruitment excellence, stakeholder alignment, and people strategy execution across multiple functions.

Reem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University, providing a strong academic foundation to support her strategic and operational HR leadership.
