Fawaz Aljasser Promoted to Chief Executive Officer at National Aquaculture Group | NAQUA

Fawaz Aljasser has been appointed Chief Executive Officer at National Aquaculture Group | NAQUA, bringing extensive leadership experience in the food and beverages sector. He will steer strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization.

Prior to this, Fawaz held several senior leadership roles at Almarai – المراعي, including Executive Vice President – Bakery (L’usine & 7DAYS), Chief Human Resources Officer, and General Manager at Teeba Investment for Developed Food Processing. His career highlights include driving large-scale HR transformations, operational integrations, and business expansion across Saudi Arabia and the region.

He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Leicester and completed the Advanced Management Program at IMD, strengthening his expertise in executive leadership and strategic management.
