Abdulmohsin S. Al Huwaidi Joins Mawhiba as General Manager of Human Resources

Abdulmohsin S. Al Huwaidi CIPD L5 has joined Mawhiba as General Manager of Human Resources, bringing over 27 years of extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. A seasoned HR executive, he has led large-scale organizational transformation initiatives focused on talent, performance, governance, and cultural excellence.

In his current role, Abdulmohsin is responsible for shaping a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with Mawhiba’s long-term vision. His expertise spans organizational restructuring, job leveling frameworks, compensation and benefits design, leadership development, performance management systems, and digital HR transformation, all aimed at building a high-performance and future-ready workforce.

Previously, he held senior HR and strategy leadership roles at Sakan Foundation, Mosa Bin Abdulaziz Al Mosa and Sons Real Estate Co., إخاء || المؤسسة الخيرية لرعاية الأيتام ||Ekhaa charity of orphans care Foundation, and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia.
