Amr Sayed Promoted to Commercial Finance Director at PepsiCo

Amr Sayed, CPA has been promoted to Commercial Finance Director at PepsiCo, further strengthening the company’s financial leadership across a large scale FMCG operation.

With over 18 years of multinational experience across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, Amr brings deep expertise in P&L leadership, supply chain finance, commercial finance, and strategic transformation. He has supported a USD 1.2B regional business and delivered over USD 100M in productivity gains through Capex optimization, asset light models, and operational excellence.

Previously, Amr held senior finance leadership roles at PepsiCo, including Finance Director and Egypt Reporting and Analysis Senior Manager, where he partnered closely with commercial and supply chain teams, enhanced governance, implemented real time BI dashboards, and ensured strong compliance with US GAAP and SOX standards.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Cairo University, recognized as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a strong advocate for building high performing finance teams that enable sustainable and profitable growth.
