With extensive experience across talent acquisition and organizational hiring strategy, Bader has consistently driven effective recruitment cycles, strengthened sourcing practices, and supported workforce planning across major companies in Saudi Arabia.

His journey at AECOM includes serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor and Talent Acquisition Advisor, where he played a key role in refining hiring processes and supporting large scale projects. Before joining AECOM, he contributed to leading organizations including Khatib & Alami, Hill International, Inc., Alstom, and Dar Al Arkan, building a strong track record in end to end recruitment, candidate assessment, talent pipeline development, and strategic hiring initiatives.

His MBA background further complements his expertise in leadership and people operations.
