Badr Alakkash Joins Saudi 2027 as Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Senior Manager

Badr Alakkash, Chartered MCIPD has stepped into a new chapter as the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Senior Manager at Saudi 2027, bringing a strong track record in building high performing recruitment functions across aviation, sports, and national organizations.

Badr is known for his ability to design talent acquisition strategies that scale, strengthen employer brand, and elevate candidate experience. At Saudi 2027, he is contributing to the hiring and onboarding framework for one of the region’s largest upcoming sports event portfolios, including the AFC Asian Cup 2027.

Before joining Saudi 2027, Badr led talent acquisition at Misk Foundation, where he revamped assessment frameworks, introduced AI powered ATS systems, and redesigned the full candidate journey. His achievements at Riyadh Air | طيران الرياض included building the talent acquisition department from the ground up and digitizing recruitment processes in alignment with the airline’s rapid growth. His early leadership roles at MEPCSA Ltd and SAUDI AIRLINES helped him develop deep expertise across sourcing, onboarding, workforce planning, and recruitment operations.

Badr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Royal Commission for Yanbu Colleges & Institutes where he represented the institution at multiple regional conferences and was recognized among the top HR alumni.
