Ameen Al Zuhairy Joins Marsh Middle East and Africa as Vice President – Placement, Employee Health & Benefits

Ameen Al Zuhairy has joined Marsh Middle East and Africa as Vice President – Placement, Employee Health & Benefits, bringing over two decades of expertise in underwriting, health insurance management, and client advisory.

In this strategic role, Ameen will lead the placement of Employee Health & Benefits programs across Saudi Arabia, managing insurer negotiations, optimizing renewal strategies, and ensuring market-leading solutions for clients. Based in Al Khobar, he reports to the Senior Vice President – KSA Placement Leader, contributing to Marsh’s mission of delivering innovative and value-driven risk and benefits solutions.

Before joining Marsh, Ameen built a remarkable 15-years career at Tawuniya, where he advanced from Medical Underwriter to Insurance Manager, driving operational efficiency and strengthening corporate partnerships. His professional foundation in Hospital Administration from the Institute of Public Administration adds a strong healthcare perspective to his financial and strategic capabilities.
