Bader Albaarrak Joins Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, as Director of Corporate Strategy & Performance

Bader Albaarrak, MSc, C-ASE, PMP, has joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, as Director of Corporate Strategy & Performance, marking another milestone in his strategic leadership journey.

With more than 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, transformation, and performance management across public and private sectors, Bader has consistently driven results through data-driven decision-making, agile execution, and enterprise-wide performance systems.

Before this appointment, he held key roles at Masdr – مصدر Data Solutions (a GOSI subsidiary) and the GOSI – General Organization for Social Insurance, where he led major transformation programs, operating model designs, and strategic performance frameworks that enhanced execution and accountability.

Armed with a Master’s in Business Analytics from The George Washington University and multiple professional certifications, Bader blends analytical insight with strategic foresight to translate vision into measurable impact.

His new role at the Ministry reinforces his commitment to advancing organizational excellence, embedding performance culture, and aligning national goals with institutional success.
