Bandar Al Zahrani Joins Raffles The Red Sea as Pre-Opening Director of Rooms Division

Bandar Al Zahrani has taken on a new leadership role as Pre-Opening Director of Rooms Division at Raffles The Red Sea.

With a strong background in pre-opening operations, guest experience, and hotel management, Bandar has been instrumental in shaping hospitality projects across Saudi Arabia. His expertise includes SOP development, team training, and leveraging technology to deliver operational excellence and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Previously, Bandar served as Multi-Property Pre-Opening Front Office Manager at Al Balad Development Company, where he led hospitality operations across more than 1,800 units, and as Front Office Manager at OUR HABITAS, pioneering sustainable luxury in one of the Kingdom’s most iconic destinations.

At Raffles The Red Sea, Bandar will continue his journey of innovation and excellence, contributing to the Kingdom’s fast-growing luxury hospitality sector in alignment with Vision 2030.
