Rayan Khnaisser Joins APCO MENA as Head of Business Transformation Practice

Rayan Khnaisser has joined APCO MENA as the Head of Business Transformation Practice, where he will lead large-scale transformation initiatives, digital adoption, and organizational development programs across the region.

With over 14 years of diverse experience spanning strategy, execution, and transformation, Rayan has worked with startups, multinationals, and public institutions. His career includes leadership roles at Smarkk as Director, Strategy& as Manager, and earlier at Pearson Education, where he oversaw digital learning programs impacting over 100,000 learners. He also contributes as a board member at Diglossia Education and an investment advisor at Iliad Partners.

Armed with an MBA from London Business School and a strong engineering foundation, Rayan brings a unique blend of strategic vision and executional rigor to his new role at APCO.
