Abdulmohsen Al Rayes Joins NEOM as Senior Control Advisor

Abdulmohsen Al Rayes has joined NEOM as Senior Control Advisor, bringing with him more than two decades of expertise in governance, risk management, and internal audit.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership roles, including Advisor to the CEO and Group Chief Audit Executive at BSF, as well as Chief Audit Executive at Arab National Bank. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) and Board Audit Committee Member at Saudi Fransi Capital.

With a proven track record of strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing compliance, and guiding executive decision-making, Abdulmohsen is now set to contribute his expertise to NEOM’s ambitious vision, ensuring robust control mechanisms and financial integrity at the heart of one of the world’s most innovative projects.
