Sarah Neazy Joins Banyan Tree AlUla as Front Office Manager

Sarah Neazy has taken on a new role as Front Office Manager at Banyan Tree AlUla.

With more than 10 years of experience across leading hospitality brands in Saudi Arabia, Sarah brings a proven track record in front office leadership, guest relations, and luxury service operations. Her career journey includes senior roles at Address Hotels + Resorts, Makkah Clock Royal Tower (Fairmont), and Makkah Hotel & Towers, where she consistently elevated service standards and led high-performing teams.

Sarah also holds an Executive Master in International Hotel Management from Les Roches, complementing her strong academic foundation in Public Relations from Umm Al-Qura University.

In her new position at Banyan Tree AlUla, Sarah is set to drive guest experience excellence, team development, and operational efficiency, reinforcing the property’s reputation as a world-class destination in Saudi Arabia’s luxury hospitality landscape.
