Hail Alsufyani has been promoted to Assistant Director of Rooms at Swissôtel Makkah, a well-deserved recognition of his outstanding contribution and leadership in the hospitality sector.

With more than a decade of experience at Swissôtel Makkah, Hail has progressed from Assistant Front Office Manager to Front Office Manager, and now to Assistant Director of Rooms, consistently demonstrating excellence in guest experience, operations management, and team leadership.

His academic achievements, including an Executive Master’s in International Hotel Management from Les Roches and an MBA from Entrepreneurship & Business University, further strengthen his ability to lead with vision and deliver world-class hospitality standards.

This new role positions him to play a pivotal part in enhancing service quality and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction at one of the most iconic properties in Makkah.
