Yousef AlOmran Joins Saudi Leadership Society as a Mentor

Yousef AlOmran, Chief Quality and Performance Officer at King Saud Medical City and a MISK 2030 Leader, has joined the Saudi Leadership Society as a Mentor.

With over two decades of leadership in healthcare and medical education, Dr. AlOmran has played a pivotal role in advancing organizational performance, clinical governance, and leadership development across Saudi Arabia’s health sector. His career includes key roles such as Chief Organization Development Officer at King Saud Medical City, Central Hub Lead at the Health Holding Company, and Model of Care Lead at Riyadh First Health Cluster, where he contributed to transforming healthcare delivery models.

In addition to his leadership positions, Dr. AlOmran is a Consultant Family Physician with extensive experience in academic and faculty development. He completed an Academic Fellowship in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto, with a focus on medical education, underscoring his commitment to nurturing the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Through his mentorship at the Saudi Leadership Society, Dr. AlOmran will guide emerging leaders, sharing his expertise in quality, performance, and organizational transformation to support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals.
