Haifaa Al Zahrani takes on a pivotal leadership role as Head of Hospitality Asset Management and Strategic Partnerships at Thakher Development Company.

With over 14 years of strategic impact in tourism, hospitality, aviation, and asset management, Haifaa brings a rare blend of operational depth and commercial foresight. From hotel openings and mergers to developing second home destinations, her work has helped shape high-value, guest-centric ecosystems aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Prior to this role, she led business development and partnerships at a Public Investment Fund (PIF) real estate subsidiary and served in executive capacities at The Luxury Collection. An alumna of Les Roches and EHL, Haifaa continues to drive transformation through sustainable tourism, stakeholder collaboration, and destination creation.
