Yazeed Alnasrallah has been promoted to HR Center of Excellence Director at aramco digital, marking a significant milestone in his accomplished HR leadership journey spanning organizational design, talent development, and workforce transformation.

With extensive experience across Organizational Development, Talent Development, and HR Operations, Yazeed has led large-scale structural transformation initiatives, strategic workforce planning, sourcing strategy development, HR index and financial governance, and diversity & inclusion programs. Prior to his current role, he served as Organizational Development Manager at aramco digital and spent nearly a decade at stc, where he held key leadership roles including HR OD Organization Development Section Manager, HR Talent Development Section Manager, and HR Business Partner Operations Section Manager. His contributions include spearheading job attachment programs with global organizations, designing competency-based learning frameworks, establishing succession planning and leadership acceleration models, managing transformation programs, and enhancing employee engagement through data-driven HR strategies. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Business Analyst at Cargo Area Agency, building strong foundations in operational analytics and financial reporting.

Yazeed Alnasrallah holds an MBA with honors from Clayton State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Management from King Saud University.
