Yanchao Guo Promoted to Executive Director, Investment at Alat

Yanchao Guo, CFA, ACCA, has been promoted to Executive Director, Investment at Alat, a transformative global company backed by $100B from the Public Investment Fund (PIF). In this role, Yanchao leads business development, M&A execution, and investment management, driving both in-kingdom and international direct equity investments.

Prior to this, he served as Investment Director at Alat, and gained extensive experience as Investment Manager at NEOM, and as an Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley and Citi in Hong Kong, covering Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. His career highlights a strong track record in cross-border transactions, private equity, structured finance, and corporate strategy.

Yanchao holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from the National University of Singapore and completed specialized banking and finance studies at HEC Paris, reinforcing his expertise in investment banking, M&A, and financial engineering.
