Wejdan Yamani has embarked on a new chapter as Assistant Director of Sales – Pre-Opening at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. Amaala, joining the pre-opening team of one of the most anticipated luxury destinations in the region. With her strong background in hospitality sales, PR, and strategic marketing, she is set to play a key role in shaping the commercial success of this iconic property.

Previously, Wejdan served as Cluster Senior Manager of Sales – Pre-Opening at Red Sea Global Hospitality, where she led sales for four exceptional properties including Shebara, Desert Rock, Turtle Bay Hotel, and Thuwal Private Retreat. She also brings extensive experience from her tenure as Director of Marketing & Leisure Sales at Sheraton Jeddah Hotel, where she drove revenue growth across multiple hotels and resorts.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from King AbdulAziz University, has completed the Executive Leadership Training Programme from City of Glasgow College, and is recognized as a Power List Marketing Director 2022 – Hotelier Middle East and HSMAI MEA Advisory Board Member, reflecting her leadership impact within the hospitality industry.
