Turki AlSabhan Promoted to Director, Digital Governance at Saudi Central Bank – SAMA

Turki AlSabhan has been promoted to Director, Digital Governance at Saudi Central Bank – SAMA, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey in digital transformation, governance, and enterprise technology strategy.

With over 12 years of cross-sector experience, Turki has built a strong track record in digital governance, AI-driven transformation, Agile delivery, and DevSecOps frameworks. Prior to this role, he held multiple leadership positions at THIQAH, including Director Product Delivery, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Program Manager, where he led enterprise-scale digital initiatives, M&A projects, and governance frameworks. He is also an investor and co-founder in multiple ventures, reflecting his strategic involvement in innovation, product development, and emerging technology ecosystems. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with major organizations such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Maaden, SASO, SFDA, and several government authorities, driving enterprise modernization and governance maturity.

Turki holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), providing a strong technical and strategic foundation. In his new role at Saudi Central Bank – SAMA, he will lead digital governance frameworks, AI and cloud risk oversight, DevSecOps adoption, and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives aligned with national and global regulatory standards.
