Thais Galli has been appointed as Chief Transformation Officer at JLL, marking a powerful leadership move in the global real estate and transformation landscape.

With over 20 years of international experience spanning strategy, innovation, and real estate leadership, Thais brings a distinctive blend of consulting rigor and operational excellence. Prior to joining JLL, she served as Partner at McKinsey & Company within the Private Equity and Real Estate Practice. Earlier, as VP of Marketplace & General Manager Brazil at QuintoAndar, she led marketplace expansion across Brazil, launched operations in Mexico, and drove post-acquisition integrations across LATAM — significantly enhancing liquidity and customer experience.

Her leadership journey also includes a five-year tenure at Tishman Speyer, where she served as Managing Director and previously led global innovation initiatives, founded and scaled the Studio coworking platform, and oversaw property management and design functions globally. Thais began her consulting career with an eight-year tenure at McKinsey & Company across the U.S., Europe, and Brazil, building deep expertise in transformation and value creation.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Business from FGV – Fundação Getulio Vargas. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and German, Thais continues to shape the future of real estate through strategic transformation and innovation leadership.
