Sydney Doyle’s journey at Milk Makeup reflects a dynamic and fast-paced career progression within public relations, brand partnerships, and integrated marketing. Now stepping into the role of PR Manager, she has consistently advanced through key positions including PR Lead, PR & Brand Partnerships Lead, and PR & Integrated Marketing Coordinator, showcasing her growing impact in shaping brand voice, driving strategic partnerships, and strengthening community engagement. Starting her journey with the company as an Influencer Marketing and Product Development Intern, she built a strong foundation in market research, trend analysis, and product positioning. Alongside her corporate experience, Sydney is also the Co-Founder of Sweet Sydney’s, LLC, where she successfully built and scaled a consumer brand, demonstrating entrepreneurial acumen, adaptability, and strong business development capabilities. Her early experience also includes working with ROCKS WITH SOUL, further contributing to her understanding of brand operations, merchandising, and customer engagement.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Colgate University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, where she also demonstrated leadership as a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma and Captain of the Women’s Club Soccer team, reflecting both academic excellence and strong leadership qualities.
