Sofia Peroncini Promoted to Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group

Sofia Peroncini has stepped into a new role as Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Riyadh, bringing a wealth of international consulting and strategic experience.

Before her promotion, Sofia served as Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in both Riyadh and Milan, contributing to high-impact projects across diverse industries. Her prior experience spans strategy and business development at Lavazza Group, where she led initiatives in international markets, and demand planning at Luxottica, overseeing the forecasting of over 15 million units annually while enhancing data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

Her early leadership and professional development include selection as a top talent in Italy’s “CEO for One Month” program at The Adecco Group, as well as participation in Mentors4u, Europe’s largest non-profit mentoring program.

Sofia holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Torino with a study exchange at Trinity College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova, graduating with top honors.
