Sofia Castelli has been appointed as Associate at Oliver Wyman in Dubai, marking an exciting new chapter in her global consulting career. With a strong foundation in strategy, performance transformation, and leadership, Sofia continues to build her footprint within one of the world’s leading management consulting firms.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Sofia spent nearly four years at FTI Consulting, where she progressed from Consultant to Senior Consultant and most recently Team Leader. During her tenure, she led cross-functional teams, delivered complex strategic engagements, and supported clients across transformation initiatives and high-impact advisory mandates. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable commercial and leadership exposure at AB InBev, as Trade & Marketing Manager UAE and Global Management Trainee. Her experience also includes consulting internships at Value Partners in Hong Kong and Gruppo Excellence in Milan — reflecting a truly international professional journey spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Sofia Castelli holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from IE University, graduating in the top 3% of her class (GPA 8.9/10) with honors in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Management, and Strategic Management. She also completed an exchange program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her academic excellence combined with multinational consulting and corporate experience positions her as a dynamic and high-performing strategy professional.
