Shumama Qadri Appointed as Assistant Manager Recruitment at Dubai Holding Community Management

Shumama Qadri has taken on a new role as Assistant Manager Recruitment at Dubai Holding Community Management, bringing with her over six years of progressive HR experience across GCC and South Asia.

She most recently served at LIPTON Teas and Infusions as HR Partner – Talent Acquisition, Capability & Culture Programs (Arabia), where she led end-to-end recruitment across GCC, built talent pipelines for critical roles, launched employer branding and internship programs, designed HR dashboards, and spearheaded leadership development, succession planning, and employee experience initiatives. Earlier, she held HRBP & Learning Lead roles in Pakistan, driving capability frameworks, culture transformation, and large-scale HR system implementations. Her foundation in HR was built at Midas Safety, where she led people strategy projects, restructuring initiatives, engagement programs, and compensation benchmarking.

Shumama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, and is known for her strategic HRBP mindset, data-driven approach, and strong expertise in talent management, capability development, and organizational transformation.
