Shorouk El-Beltagy Promoted to Head – Talent Acquisition (Retail, ME & Asia) at Al-Futtaim

Shorouk El-Beltagy has advanced to Head – Talent Acquisition (Retail, Middle East & Asia) at Al-Futtaim, marking a powerful milestone in her global leadership journey in talent strategy and workforce transformation.

With nearly a decade of impact at Al-Futtaim, she currently leads end-to-end talent acquisition across 13+ markets and 12+ international brands, driving executive hiring, workforce planning, DEI strategy, succession pipelines, leadership readiness, and scalable talent models that support multi-market expansion. Previously, she served as Head of Talent Acquisition for MENA and also held an HR Business Partner assignment within the group. Earlier, she strengthened national leadership pipelines at Roads and Transport Authority as Talent Management Project Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, delivering succession planning frameworks, talent analytics, and capability-building programs. Her career foundation includes strategic HR and executive search roles at Executive Solutions: A Hudson Talent Solutions company, Regional HR Business Partner at El Hebri General Trading, and Lead Talent Acquisition at Cenomi Retail, where she built recruitment strategies, HR systems, and talent pipelines across regional markets.

Shorouk El-Beltagy is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Ain Shams University, academic credentials that reinforce her strategic, financial, and leadership expertise in global HR transformation.
