Saud Al-Towaim Joins Giza Arabia as CEO

Saud Al-Towaim has taken on a new leadership role as CEO of Giza Arabia, stepping into the position with a strong track record in digital transformation, customer experience, and large scale service delivery.

His career spans more than a decade of executive and senior leadership roles across the technology and outsourcing sectors, where he has consistently driven growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Before joining Giza Arabia, he served as Vice President for Customer Services Outsourcing at upsource by solutions, where he led major operational programs and strengthened service performance across the region. His journey also includes an impressive 𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 tenure at solutions by stc, covering roles such as Executive Head of Infrastructure and Managed Services, General Manager of Professional Services, and Director of Professional Services, delivering impactful results across enterprise and government clients.

With additional leadership experience at MeduNet as IT Director, Implementation Manager, and Project Manager, Saud brings deep technical insight paired with strong strategic capabilities. He has also completed executive education at London Business School in digital disruption and leadership, reinforcing his commitment to continuous professional development.
