Sara Safa has been appointed as the Director Alliance Enterprise Solutions at PwC Middle East, stepping into a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and enterprise technology solutions across the Middle East.

With over 17 years of experience in partnerships, business development, delivery, and P&L management, Sara has consistently delivered exceptional results across sectors including BFSI, Retail, Energy & Utilities, TelCo, and Healthcare. Her previous roles include leading strategic partnerships at Wipro and Oracle Middle East, where she drove digital transformation, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategies for enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. Recognized with the Oracle Partner Award, Sara has a proven track record in turning strategic pipelines into multi-million-dollar revenues, executing partner enablement initiatives, and mentoring teams to achieve excellence.

Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Notre Dame University – Louaize (NDU) and has completed specialized leadership training through Tata Consultancy Services – Arrow Curriculum 2.0.
