Sara K. AL-Mandeel has been promoted to Director of Protocol and Logistics, Executive Office at the برنامج جودة الحياة | Quality of Life Program.

With nearly 14 years of experience across protocol, governance, administration, and logistics, Sara has built a strong track record of leadership in both public and private sectors. Her journey within the برنامج جودة الحياة | Quality of Life Program includes serving as Executive Protocol Manager and leading high-profile engagements, where she played a pivotal role in shaping executive operations.

Previously, she held senior roles with International Systems Engineering – ISE, BAE Systems, Louis Berger, and Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City (SBAHC), where she honed her expertise in strategic coordination, governance, and organizational excellence.

This new role reflects her dedication to advancing Saudi Arabia’s Quality of Life Program, an integral part of Vision 2030.
