Sara Alsohime Appointed as Enterprise Risk Management Lead at Maaden

Sara Alsohime has joined Maaden as Enterprise Risk Management Lead, taking on a pivotal role in overseeing risk strategies and ensuring robust governance across the organization. She brings deep expertise in risk management, business analytics, and policy development, with a proven track record of enhancing retail and enterprise risk frameworks.

Prior to this, Sara led retail risk monitoring at Riyad Bank, optimizing credit portfolio performance for over 4 million customers, and headed enterprise risk management at EMKAN | إمكان, building centralized BI units for real-time performance tracking. She has also held senior roles at BSF, where she automated credit risk policies and enhanced underwriting processes using advanced analytics tools.

Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University and is completing her MBA in Finance at Alfaisal University. Her expertise in leveraging data and technology to drive business insights and mitigate risks positions her as a strategic leader in enterprise risk management.
