Saleh Al Nashwan Promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources at ROSHN l روشن

Saleh Al Nashwan, PMP®, has been promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources at ROSHN l روشن, the national real estate developer powered by the Public Investment Fund (PIF).

With over 𝟭𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience spanning public, private, and national organizations, Saleh has consistently demonstrated excellence in organizational development, talent management, and people strategy. In his new role, he leads ROSHN’s HR strategy with a focus on performance rewards, leadership development, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision for sustainable growth.

Before this promotion, Saleh served as Director of Talent Management at ROSHN l روشن, where he shaped HR strategies that strengthened culture, performance, and capability across the organization. His earlier leadership roles at the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia, Public Investment Fund (PIF), and National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) reflect his strong contribution to Vision 2030’s human capital transformation goals.
