Saif AlRefai has been appointed Director of Solution Engineering – Middle East, Türkiye & Africa at OPSWAT, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished cybersecurity leadership journey.

With over a decade of experience across solutions engineering, cybersecurity consulting, and enterprise security architecture, Saif has played a pivotal role in aligning customer needs with resilient IT/OT security frameworks. His career spans leadership roles at OPSWAT, Qualys, Help AG, an e& enterprise company, and ESKADENIA Software, where he consistently delivered high-impact security solutions, drove major revenue growth, and led executive-level technical engagements across complex, regulated environments.

A recognized industry leader, Saif is a President’s Club award recipient and was honored among the 2025 Tech Revolt Cyber Warriors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and is currently pursuing an MSc in Cybersecurity at Royal Holloway, University of London, further strengthening his technical and strategic expertise.
