Previously, he worked as Customer Success Manager at its Impact plus ( iiP ) – Delivery Apps Management Services and Digital Product Manager at LB VIRTUAL BRANDS, leading product roadmaps, improving retention strategies, and aligning cross-functional teams to enhance digital growth. Earlier in his journey, he contributed as Customer Success Supervisor at Supy, strengthening client relationships and engagement within the B2B SaaS ecosystem, and also gained exposure to global venture environments linked to Rocket Internet SE. Known for his analytical mindset and strategic execution, he consistently transforms operational challenges into scalable business solutions.
