Ryan Al Salem Joins ThriftPlan as Vice President of Commercials

Ryan A. has stepped into a key leadership role as Vice President of Commercials at ThriftPlan, marking an important milestone in his career. He brings a strong record in revenue generation, growth strategy, acquisition, and commercial leadership gained across multiple industries and regions.

Before joining ThriftPlan, he served as Sales and Partnerships Director at Qoyod – قيود where he expanded strategic alliances and strengthened commercial performance. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Experts Academy as Operations Director and at Foodics where he led business operations for the Pay division, sales strategy, and regional business development. His experience also includes senior positions at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company and other global organizations, giving him a diversified commercial and operational outlook.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration from King AbdulAziz University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Engineering from Western Michigan University, adding both technical and managerial depth to his leadership profile.
