Rita Ayoub Promoted to Director of Legal Affairs (MEA) at Stealth Mode

Rita Ayoub has been promoted to Director of Legal Affairs (MEA) at Stealth Mode, marking a significant advancement in her regional legal leadership across the Middle East and Africa.

Rita has been with Stealth Mode for over two years, previously serving as Senior Legal Counsel (EMEA), where she advised on cross-border regulatory frameworks, corporate structuring, and commercial transactions within the real estate and food tech sectors. Prior to this, she was an Associate at BSA LAW Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP in Dubai, handling corporate law, labor and employment matters, and complex advisory mandates. Earlier in her career, Rita spent over three years at HAJJ & KANAAN Law Office and Legal Consultancy, progressing from Junior Associate to Associate, with a focus on international arbitration and dispute resolution. She has also been a Member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2019, reflecting her continued professional standing in the legal field.

Academically, Rita holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik – USEK (2013–2017). She further broadened her international legal exposure through an exchange program in International Law and Legal Studies at Université de Poitiers in 2016, strengthening her global legal perspective.
