Rayan Al-Naami Appointed as Strategy Lead at American Express Saudi Arabia

Rayan Al-Naami has stepped into a new chapter of his professional journey as Strategy Lead at American Express Saudi Arabia, where he will contribute to shaping strategic priorities and driving transformation initiatives within one of the world’s leading financial services institutions.

Prior to this role, Rayan served as a Senior Associate in Strategy and Transformation at PwC Saudi Arabia, supporting center-of-government and financial services engagements aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. His work spanned national priority programs, KPI framework design, global benchmarking, and executive-level strategy execution, enabling measurable and scalable impact across multiple sectors.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Saud University and a strong foundation in business analytics, Rayan combines structured problem-solving with execution excellence. His experience in both consulting and fintech environments positions him well to bridge strategy, data, and transformation in fast-paced and complex settings.
