Raed Alohali Promoted to HR Services General Manager at TAHAKOM

Raed Alohali رائد العوهلي has been promoted to HR Services General Manager at TAHAKOM, marking a significant milestone in a career spanning more than 22 years across human capital services, HR operations, and large-scale outsourcing programs.

In his current leadership role, Raed oversees end-to-end human capital operations and digital HR services for 10,000+ employees, covering payroll, employee services, benefits, HRMS, regulatory compliance, and workforce governance. He leads the design and execution of enterprise HR strategies, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and change management, with a strong focus on digital transformation, employee experience, and performance-driven culture.

Previously, as Human Capital Services Director at TAHAKOM, he managed HR operations for over 9,000 employees, led HR risk assessments, strengthened labor law compliance, and established dedicated legal compliance functions to support sustainable growth.

Before TAHAKOM, Raed held senior leadership roles at solutions by stc and SAMI Advanced Electronics, including Program Director of Manpower Outsourcing, Director of HR Business Process Outsourcing, and HR Outsourcing Business Manager. Across these roles, he delivered large-scale BPO programs, led automation initiatives such as IBM Kenexa and SAHL platforms, managed cross-functional teams, supported revenues exceeding SAR 600 million, and built long-term partnerships with key clients. His early career includes program and project management roles, as well as a foundation in financial accounting.

Raed holds a BS in Administrative Science with a major in Accounting from King Saud University, along with a High Diploma in Human Capital Management from Al Yamamah University, and is certified PMP™, PgMP™, and CBP-LS™.
