Nouf Almaiman has been promoted to Compliance Senior Manager at Remat Al-Riyadh Development Co., bringing over 16 years of expertise in governance, compliance, and quality management across government authorities and global financial institutions.

In her new role, Almaiman leads the Compliance function supporting the National Centre for Inspection & Supervision initiative, establishing unified supervision models, ISO-aligned frameworks, and robust reporting systems to strengthen regulatory visibility and operational governance across multiple entities.

Throughout her career, she has successfully built compliance and quality functions from the ground up, implemented ISO 9001 & ISO 37301 standards, and designed risk-based frameworks that ensure regulatory alignment and operational excellence. Her leadership spans high-impact roles at the General Entertainment Authority – GEA, J.P. Morgan, and SABB Takaful, demonstrating a consistent track record of transforming complex regulatory requirements into actionable governance structures.
