Noha Abdulaziz has been promoted to Total Rewards Team Leader at Saudi Tadawul Group, marking a significant step forward in her HR leadership journey within Total Rewards and Performance Management.

With nearly 5 years of progressive experience at Saudi Tadawul Group, Noha has steadily advanced through key roles including Rewards & Performance Officer and Rewards & Performance Lead Officer. Throughout her tenure, she has contributed to strengthening compensation frameworks, optimizing performance management systems, and aligning total rewards strategies with organizational objectives. Earlier in her career, she gained diversified exposure through roles at Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (formerly GAZT), PwC within Advisory – Consulting, and IKEA Saudi Arabia, building a solid foundation across procurement, consulting, and HR operations.

Noha Abdulaziz holds an MBA with a dual concentration in Supply Chain Management and Management Information Systems from Tennessee State University, graduating with distinction (GPA 3.93/4).
