Naif Alshathri, MSc, FMVA®, CAPM® has advanced to the role of Senior Analyst for Valuations and Advisory at Knight Frank MENA, marking another milestone in his growing real estate career.

With hands on experience across valuation, advisory, hospitality consulting, and strategic assessments, he has contributed to key assignments covering commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed use assets throughout Saudi Arabia. His work includes detailed valuation reports aligned with RICS standards, DCF and market analyses for institutional clients, and active involvement in portfolio wide advisory projects.

His academic foundation, including an MSc in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University and a degree in Architectural Engineering from Alfaisal University, combined with certifications such as FMVA and CAPM, positions him strongly in the region’s evolving real estate landscape.
