Muhannad Abuazzah joins Sela | صلة as Operations Risk Lead, bringing a strong background in industrial engineering, QHSE, and risk management. He previously served as a Senior Risk Engineer at Wataniya Insurance Company, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with international and local standards.

Before that, Muhannad contributed as a Health and Safety Environment Engineer at Al Nahdi Transportation Company (NTC) and AMSTEEL, where he implemented safety programs, conducted audits, and optimized operational risk protocols. He also gained valuable experience in insurance sales with Aljazira Takaful الجزيرة تكافل, enhancing his understanding of risk from both operational and financial perspectives.

Muhannad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Taibah University and a Nanodegree in Predictive Analytics from Udacity, equipping him with advanced skills in data analysis, process optimization, and risk control.
